HAPPY 41ST BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!!

this is the first time gng to the stadium to watch ndp since i've been back in sg. but it was quite fun. the day started off quite okay. n' twin finally passed me the cute red shirt!! so cute!! hehe. thx twin.

i was the earliest at kallang mrt altho i was later then da meeting time. apparently da rest were even later. i was hungry so i bought curry puff to eat. then the four of us met up n' walked to the national stadium. as i walked passed PA, i rmbed the days that i spent training for chingay. those were good times! hehe...all i could see ard me from kallang all the way to the stadium were red and white people. it was quite overwhelming. hehe. when we reached the stadium, darling's fren(sk)'s mother gave us KFC. wheE!! hehe...we managed to get in as well as our funpack after a while and it was alr so packed as in so many ppl were alr seated. we were directed to sit somewhere in front but i din want to. so we went somewhere on top. managed to find seats. as i was walking up, i hit my leg. dat was juz da start of my bad luck. even b4 the parade started, my camera's batt went flat!!!! omg!!! i was lyk screaming!! haha...i dno y i brought da camera in da first place. so in da end, i depended on my fone's camera, which i muz say, is not bad. so i wanted to take a pic of the tower(the item dat my daddy cum cousin cum frenz were performing). but when i was gng to, the lights went off. tsk! so i couldn't take da pic in da end. haiz. btw, the soka colours were nice!!! hehe.

from the time when we were singing the national anthem n' all dat, da uncles and aunties behind us were fighting to take pictures wif the super big singapore flag. yes. they were so patriotic and all that they brought the singapore flag to take pictures with. mich couldn't stop laughing. haha.

i feel sad that this is the last time that the ndp will be held in the national stadium. haiz. but i'm sure the new stadium will b so much better. so i'm looking forward to that!

but it was fun overall....took losta pics wif siying n' mich!! whee!! we left after the fireworks and we had to make dis detour jus to get out of the stadium. it was super crowded while walking to kallang mrt. dere were ppl pushing me...so annoying. kiasu ppl! den dere was dis guy who was standing somewhere behind me. he "tsk" so i turned back and he "haaaaaa....". wah lao!! i could lyk smell his stinky breath!! wah!! doesn't he noe dat patience is a virtue?? tsk! haha....

we decided to go to paya lebar's macs to eat. it was quite quiet coz mich and sk were not toking. so i had to start conversation. we were dere for abt an hour den we headed home. i think i'm having slight headache now. maybe it was coz of the sun, altho it was not dat hot. the tatoos that i put on my hands and face are not coming off. at least not totally. i tried to scrub it, but i gave up coz it was getting too painful. hopefully, it can come off by tml. it shud i guess..hehe
