i just realised that if the people around u are stressed and therefore more short-tempered than ever, it's also rather stressful for urself. u have to watch what u say and do coz the slightest mistake may just get u a scolding.

and seeing my friends all stressed up and troubled somehow makes me feel a bit down too. first, the mood is just so dull (like duh i know). and what used to be funny are no longer funny anymore. it's like jokes are no longer jokes. they're meant to lighten up the mood but ends up doing nothing to help.

anyway, since i'm not feeling too stressed up now(but still stressed up okay), i can actually think about how to handle stress. must laugh more(difficult but should still try). TRY VERY HARD to stay positive. talk to someone about it: this person may or may not be able to help with the problem u're facing, but at least he/she will be the listening ear. it helps. really. that's what friends are for. it's only natural to feel stressed up at a point or another so taking it easy is the best way to go!!! then again, it's easier said than done.

there should be more that can be done to de-stressed. but that's all i have now. to whoever reading this, i hope that my suggestions are of some help. someone tell me that when i'm stress kk?? HAHA.
