Actually I didn't have the intention of telling the story from the riddle but since mingsheng requested for it i shall haha.

Anyway, what happen was: two years or so ago, this man, together with his wife was on a trip to somewhere with some family and friends. On the way there, there was a shipwreck and they were all left stranded on this deserted island. The only who got hurt was this man's wife. For 10 days, they went without food. So the man volunteered to go look for food. When he came back, his family and friends told him that the wife passed away while he went looking for food and threw her into the sea for a sea burial. They also told him that they saw some pigeons and killed them and cooked it into soup and told this man to drink/eat it. After they were rescued and all, this entrepreneur got interested and decided to set up a resort selling pigeon soup at the very island the group of people were left deserted. So two years later, this man went to that island to try the pigeon soup that became famous. After drinking the soup, he realised that it tasted different from the soup he drank two years ago. He couldn't take it so he shot himself dead.

The story seems longer than I thought it was. =))
