now, for the real joke:

i know of someone who managed to get her driving's license only after: passing her BTT on her 7th attempt, FTT on her 5th attempt, and finally the practical test on 3rd attempt. according to her, it took her two years to complete both theory tests, and another two years to complete the practical test. so she took FOUR years to complete everything, seems like she's studying for a degree. HAHHAHAH. i think she must've spent about $5k just on learning to drive.
