Anyhoooo, the other day we were talking about finding a job in Singapore. It's funny how employers want people with experience. If no one hires fresh grads with no experience, how are they gonna gain experience?? So my uncle concluded that as a fresh grad, employers dont want u coz u're inexperienced, and when u have experience, u're too old for the job. So either way, u're at the losing end. As what my uncle says, what an idiotic system.
